No. Tender Radar may support opportunity visibility, but the core product is supplier-side pre-bid commercial intelligence.
Is WinIntel bid writing?+
No. WinIntel sits before bid writing and does not write tender responses.
Does WinIntel tell me whether to bid?+
No. WinIntel does not make bid/no-bid recommendations. Suppliers remain responsible for their decisions.
Is this financial advice?+
No. WinIntel presents structured commercial information and supplier assumptions. It does not provide financial advice.
Does WinIntel replace Find a Tender or Contracts Finder?+
No. Official portals and contracting authority documents remain the source of truth.
What sources may WinIntel review?+
Possible sources include public procurement notices, authority documents, Companies House where relevant and supplier-provided assumptions.
Does WinIntel use every source every time?+
No. Sources are reviewed where relevant to the tender and supplier context.
What should I not send?+
Do not send bank statements, payroll, tax records, director personal finance, special-category data or personal guarantees through the website form.
What happens after I submit one tender?+
WinIntel reviews whether the tender appears within current scope and may reply with clarification questions before any paid work is agreed.
