Sources are possible source categories, not a guarantee that every source is used in every review.
Important source rule
WinIntel does not use every source for every Brief. Sources are reviewed where relevant to the tender, supplier context and service scope.
Possible source categories
- Find a Tender, where relevant.
- Contracts Finder, where relevant.
- Public Contracts Scotland, Sell2Wales and eTendersNI, where relevant.
- Companies House, where relevant for public company context.
- Contracting authority documents and procurement portals.
- Supplier-provided assumptions.
How sources are used
Public sources can support opportunity context, buyer and notice details, visible values, dates and documents. Supplier assumptions support supplier-specific exposure review.
Known limitations
Public notices can be incomplete, delayed, corrected or changed at source. Tender documents can change. Payment timing may not be fully visible. Supplier assumptions can be incomplete or inaccurate.
Official source of truth
Official notices, contracting authority documents and formal procurement portals remain the source of truth for deadlines, requirements, clarifications and submissions.
Open Government Licence
Public sector information may be used under the Open Government Licence v3.0 where applicable. WinIntel does not use official government logos, crests or endorsement claims.
