Start with the public opportunity. Ask only for what is needed.
The ordinary intake is deliberately narrow. WinIntel starts with a public tender link or notice reference and proportionate business-contact context, then asks for additional supplier information only where it is material to deeper review.
Name, work email, organisation, role, sector, public tender link or reference, optional notes and the submission acknowledgement.
The public Send One Tender form does not invite file uploads. A public opportunity reference is the starting point.
Bank statements, payroll records, tax records, personal guarantees, director personal-finance information, special-category personal data or unrelated confidential third-party material.
