Associated tender documents
Buyer-issued specifications, conditions, evaluation material and other procurement documents can establish stated requirements and process information.
WinIntel uses official and public procurement information, relevant buyer/public-body material and supplier-authorised context. Coverage depends on what is published, accessible and relevant to the opportunity.
Original publishers remain authoritative.
Buyer and official publications remain authoritative.
No complete, continuous or real-time coverage claim.
Publication, amendment and retrieval context matter.
Professional research can shape design, not a tender fact.
Official or buyer-published information.
Context the supplier is authorised to provide.
Human-reviewed context based on available information.
What the available evidence cannot establish.
If a material point has no supportable source trail or supplier-authorised context, WinIntel does not present it as a verified public fact.
The exact source set varies by opportunity. A source family appearing here does not mean it is used for every review.
| Source family | What it can establish | What it cannot establish | Authority / freshness |

For procurements within its current regime, Find a Tender publishes official notices across different stages of procurement and contract management. Which notices apply depends on the procedure, threshold, jurisdiction and transitional position.
WinIntel does not treat every procurement as having the same notice sequence or the same post-award publication history.
Find a Tender notice guidanceA tender notice can point to the opportunity. The specification, conditions, award criteria, timetable and later clarifications can materially change what a supplier needs to understand.
Buyer-issued specifications, conditions, evaluation material and other procurement documents can establish stated requirements and process information.
Buyer-published changes may alter a requirement, timetable, condition or assumption.
Where confidently linked and publicly available, later records may add selected context from awards, contract details, performance, change, termination or later procurements.
Keep the original record and relevant date visible.
Do not imply two records are related merely because names look similar.
Absence of a public record is not proof that no event occurred.
Some later notices do not apply uniformly across procedures or contract types.
UK procurement information does not live in one uniform source system. Jurisdiction and transitional rules affect which official portal and notice regime matter.
WinIntel may use other official context where it is relevant, but each source keeps its own evidential boundary.
Useful for organisation identity or a specific filed fact. Not a credit score, payment predictor or operational-capability verdict.
Useful where current, primary and geographically applicable. Not supplier-specific readiness or legal advice.
Information your organisation is authorised to provide can answer questions the public record cannot. It stays visibly separate from published-source facts.
Structured professional research may shape WinIntel's design, examples and service priorities. It is never treated as evidence about a specific procurement, buyer, supplier or live opportunity.
See Insights & GuidesDates, later versions, amendments and source-specific rights can change how a public fact should be read or reused.
Keep the original publisher or buyer material visible where material.
Publication, retrieval, amendment or review date may affect context.
If supportable public sources disagree, the conflict stays unresolved rather than being silently normalised.
Use OGL or source-specific attribution only where it actually applies.
Contains public sector information licensed under the Open Government Licence v3.0, where applicable. Where a source specifies its own attribution, use that attribution. OGL does not automatically cover personal data, third-party rights, logos, crests or material the provider is not authorised to license.
Open Government Licence v3.0If a public fact appears wrong, has changed or cannot be verified, WinIntel keeps the limitation visible and provides a route to report the issue.
