This page explains the main technology providers used to operate the website, forms, domain, email and launch-stage internal records.
Current providers
- Netlify: website hosting and website form handling.
- Cloudflare: DNS and domain security services.
- Zoho Mail: business email.
- Google Workspace or Google Sheets: launch-stage intake register and operational records where used.
- Notion: internal operating documentation where used.
Provider changes
This list may be updated as WinIntel’s workflow changes. Payment, analytics or additional processing tools should not be listed as active unless they are actually used.
Data minimisation
The website forms are designed to collect only limited non-sensitive information at launch stage.
