Current use: domain-name services and website-delivery or security functions where active.
Notion
Current use: internal operating documentation. It is not presented as the primary public form-submission store.
Future or conditional providers
Not treated as active unless they are actually used in the relevant workflow.
Payment providers, AI providers and other software services will only be added to the active provider list when they are genuinely used with relevant personal or customer information and the privacy documentation has been updated.
